Recently, the MSTN technical service team was invited by a petrochemical plant to successfully complete an in-depth inspection, replacement, and technical verification of the key equipment—the dust removal spray nozzles—for its catalytic flue gas desulfurization and dust removal system. Under the harsh on-site conditions, the nozzles supplied by MSTN not only passed all performance tests in a single round but also demonstrated far superior stability and reliability than expected. Meanwhile, our technical team, with its professional service of "timely response and on-site resolution," completely dispelled the user's concerns and effectively embodied "MSTN Quality and Service.".

Recently, a petrochemical plant client underwent a major shutdown overhaul of its catalytic unit lasting approximately two weeks, requiring comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the supporting desulfurization system, PTU wastewater treatment system, and denitrification unit. Our technical team promptly traveled to the project site to conduct thorough and meticulous fault diagnosis and rectification for the core components of the desulfurization scrubber and the wastewater treatment system, demonstrating efficient and professional service capabilities.

Due to the tight maintenance cycle and the high standards and requirements of the client, our technical team focused on inspecting the MSTN supplied nozzles in the client's inventory that had been used for one operating cycle and stored for three years (see Figure 1). The inspection results showed that the inner walls of these nozzles were still smooth and had no obvious signs of wear, fully meeting the stringent requirements for secondary use. After reporting and discussing with the client, it was decided to replace the severely worn nozzles provided by other manufacturers on site with the old nozzles provided by our company that had been used for one cycle and stored for three years. In the subsequent spray test, our nozzle spray performance was particularly outstanding, producing dense and uniform water mist. The water flow rotation angle at the outlet was large, without branching or water lines, and it could fully cover the outlet of the Venturi tube, demonstrating excellent atomization effect and coverage performance.

After inspection and verification, the on-site client representative highly praised the significant quality and durability of the MSTN nozzles, and fully affirmed the overall "durable, stable and reliable" performance of the MSTN desulfurization system.
